We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return the purchased product within 30 days after receiving it. There are certain conditions that must be fulfilled to get entitled for a return:
1. The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its perfect condition for resale.
2. The purchased product should include its original tags, accessories, user manual, warranty card and freebies.
3. The delivered product should be returned in its undamaged and original packaging.
4. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Halloween Products Refund Policy
The above stated 30 day refund policy does not apply on Halloween products. Only exchanges will be accepted for items that are in new condition, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a store receipt or order confirmation email. No returns will be accepted after 3rd November. If you purchase any of the Halloween makeup and accessories it is important you look at the items carefully to make sure it is what you ordered before opening the factory packaging. Once the packaging is opened, we cannot accept a return for the item.

Halloween products are non-refundable after 3rd November.
Unsealed/used products are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
